This place is great for you to lay down your head at night if you don't mind drug addicts everywhere, the owner bob doesn't mind what you do in your room so as long as it doesn't spill out of the room . The owner is NOT fond of guest so if you have someone staying with you bring them at the time of check in which is 24/7 (there is no specific time that is check in) be aware at 11 am if your not paid up there is going to be a problem not to mention there's no reasoning with Bob . He literally has a sign that says "this isn't burger king you can't have it your way it's my way or the highway" he means it and don't expect any special requests.

Great motel to stay at. I recommend it anytime you need to find something on the most affordable side of expense. Be blessed. And all ways protected.

Very clean, very comfortable and safe. Great rates. The ladies there are great, very attentive and accommodating. A lot of conveniences within walking distance. Will stay here again and highly recommend.

Right now I am up here visiting and planning on moving down here from New York and the man at the front desk is EXTREMELY nice and very polite. I watched the maid right after I pulled in go around and ask everyone if they needed anything. Not to mention it’s very inexpensive. The beds are huge, there is cable AND most importantly A/C. I do definitely recommend this motel!

Honestly it's not that bad. I am here with my family. My step dad paid for two rooms, one for him and my mother, and another room for my boyfriend and I.. Well it seems to be alright except maybe the floor needed more cleaning done to it. Only had like 1 towel. I decided since I was around a bath tub(my house only had a shower not bathtub) that I should take advantage of this time so I got bath bombs and my good smelly bathroom stuff and I took a good smelly bath bomb ME-TIME.. bath was so relaxing and amazing except the fact that the hot water was trashhh, I am the type that lovessss HOT HOT WATER but kayy..! Not sure bout the service bc my step dad went to office not me.. **IT SAYS THAT THERE IS WIFI BUT WAS NOT INFORMED ON THE PASSWORD TO THE WIFI! AC/HEAT definitely works!

The staff was very nice and helpful; they were helping me getting quarters for vending: and also when my item got stuck they got it out. They have on site laundry, vending and ice; the ice cost money. Adendants were always near by for check in and out: no waiting. The room had thin air and the carpets were dirty which it why I give a 4 * The TV had two showtime channels and fxm. Shower was nice, room tidy, bed big and comfortable and all rooms were for smoking. I enjoyed stay except for dirty carpets.

I would have rated this motel 5 stars if they would take advance reservations. Who has ever heard of a motel without reservations??? Anyway, the room was very basic and old but very clean, the sheets were crisp and the king bed was awesome. Sketchy characters around but we had no problems. They only charged $10 for the dog (!) and our king room was only $65. Convenient location to Tupps Brewery. This room is not for a priss but those who appreciate a good place to sleep and shower at a reasonable rate will be pleased.

We have been here for 3 months. With the help of owner and staff we have made our suite into a great home away from home. I am very particular about cleanliness and I can tell you there has never been any pest found in our room. They have had a regular exterminator here once a month. The maid goes out of her way to do exactly what you ask. The owner personally came to our room and showed us how to set up our dvd player. Made sure medication that was mailed to us was either given in person or left in our room. They are completely trustworthy. I would recommend this property to anyone needing an extended stay. Remember: You treat people the way you want to be treated. Also, you get what you pay for in most case's.... Hope this helps. J & T
